Chromotherapy? Does the inclusion of a coloured light in the bath have any effect on the state of mine, researchers say yes.
 
Certain colours have a relaxing psychological effect which link other senses together. Some people, for example, relate to colors when certain musical notes are played some people relate to music or smells when certain colours are viewed.

Color light therapy is becoming a mainstream treatment regime in the US, just as acupuncture "crossed over" from traditional Chinese medicine more than a generation ago. Each color frequency has a unique energy vibration pattern and different therapeutic uses. Cool colors, such as blue, reduce inflammation.
